In other words, you can enjoy
PowWeb as long as you know what you are doing, or you can learn to do by yourself (time wise, willingness wise).
So, you shouldn't expect them to answer every newbie questions you may want to ask.
There is a
User community Forum for that.
Please don't expect miracle of having extreme services only paying $7.70.
You can also hire someone to do maintenance job, too.
There are many fellow members who offer good service for reasonable price.
Unless you go over the limits or cause problems,
PowWeb isn't very strict about what you do (within TOS, of course).
One thing you should be aware is its "Relaxed" corporate culture.
Things are friendly and easygoing at
PowWeb.
If you are expecting rigid frigid nervous rapid operations,
you may get frustrated.
In other words, it's not a "New Yorker" type of company,
but more relaxed "Tropical resort" type of climate.
Also,
PowWeb doesn't pretend to follow "Customer is always right" type of
service hypocrisy found in certain buisiness.
